Welcome to Team by Nexus-ERP. By accessing or using this web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Team by Nexus Erp is a management tool developed for educational and administrative purposes. It integrates with Google Workspace via Google Apps Script to provide features such as [list main apps, e.g., Staff Onboarding, Leave, and Dashboard].
Eligibility: You must have an authorized Google Account (Workspace or Gmail) to access the Service.
Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access Control: Access is granted solely at the discretion of the Administrator via the Admin Panel. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of school policies.
Attempt to bypass security measures, including unauthorized access to the Admin Panel.
Use the Service to distribute malicious software or engage in "spamming."
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps Script without permission.
Ownership: All software, code, designs, and branding associated with the Service are the intellectual property of Nexus-ERP
License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended educational/administrative purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your Google user data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
In no event shall Nexus-ERP be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or school records) arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
