To provide the functionality of this school management tool, we collect the following information:

Usage Data: Specific actions taken within the app (e.g., generating a report, updating attendance) for administrative purposes.
We use your information strictly for the following:
Access Control: To verify your identity against our authorized user list (Admin Panel).
App Functionality: To display your specific permissions and allow you to interact with your assigned modules.
Service Improvements: To troubleshoot technical issues.
Google Infrastructure: All data is processed and stored within the Google Workspace environment (Google Sheets and Apps Script). We do not use external third-party servers.
Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Google’s standard security protocols.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with outside parties. Data is only accessible to authorized administrators of this application.
By authorizing the Google Apps Script application, you consent to our collection of your email address for the purposes of identity verification and app access.
